Ingredients
- 3 oz of Mathieu-Gandon Rosé Nature Champagne N.V.
- 2 oz club soda
- Strawberry and cucumber slices
- Honey syrup
Directions
- Fill the wine glass with crushed ice and a cucumber slice around inside.
- Pour the Sparkling Rosé and club soda into the glass.
- Sweeten with a small pour of honey syrup.
- Garnish with strawberry slices and stir gently until combined.
- Enjoy with friends, cheers!
