- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2-3 dashes of peaches bitters
- Champagne Sacret Brut
- lemon twist
Pour simple syrup into a Champagne flute. Toss 2-3 dashes of peach bitters in the flute with the simple syrup. Turn the flute sideways and pour the Champagne in, gradually moving it into an upright position. Mist the rim with the lemon twist then drop the twist into the glass and enjoy!
