- 3 oz chilled Champagne or Sparkling wine.
- 1 oz gin
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Lemon twist or wedge
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake until chilled, about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a champagne flute, and top with champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or wedge.
