Grapefruit Tequila Sour

•1/2 oz of Agave Syrup
•1 oz of Grapefruit Juice
•Splash of Lemon Juice
•2 oz of Tequila
•1/2 cup of Ice Cubes
•1 Egg White
•Angostura Bitters for garnish

Combine Agave Syrup, Grapefruit Juice, Lemon Juice, Tequila, and Ice Cubes. Crack the Egg, and carefully add the White to the drink. Shake well, and then strain the mixture back into a glass. Let the drink sit for a few moments, giving the glass an occasional tap to thicken the foam at the top. Once the foam has thickened, add decorative Angostura Bitters on top.
