Pineapple Bubbly

  • ¼ oz honey-syrup
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz Noble Wolf vodka
  • Champagne Sacret Brut
  • pineapple leaf
  • ice cubes
  • Pour honey-syrup, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and Noble Wolf vodka over ice in a shaker tin; shake vigorously. While straining the ice out, pour the contents into a Champagne flute. Top off with the Champagne Sacret Brut and garnish with a pineapple leaf.
