“Saint Mint Tropez” Hugo Spritz

  • 4 oz of La Marca Prosecco
  • 0.5 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz club soda
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • Lemon or lime slices

 

  • Muddle or rub the mint leaves around the interior of your preferred wine glass, then drop the leaves inside.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Pour the Prosecco into the glass, followed by St. Germain and club soda. 
  • Stir gently and garnish with mint sprig and citrus wheel.
